Eye Clinic of Wisconsin discounts its regular fee schedule through the Vision Plan program. Companies can save significant money by eliminating current vision plan fees and joining the Eye Clinic of Wisconsin Vision Plan, which charges based on usage rather than employer-paid monthly fees or premiums. Employers may choose between two plan options: Participating Employer or Non-Participating Employer.
Participating Employers will pay all or part of services and/or products offered through ECOW-VP. Employees will be responsible for all charges at the time of service, and will be reimbursed by simply submitting the charges and payment receipt to their employer. Discounts offered under the participating employer fee schedule are generous, competitive and effective.
Non-Participating Employers will not pay for services and/or products; rather, employees will be expected to pay all charges in full at time of service. Charges will be based on the non-participating employer fee schedule. Discounts under the non-participating employer fee schedule are limited relative to participating employer discounts.
