Dr. Beauchene is a general ophthalmologist with a special interest in cataract surgery, neuro-ophthalmology and diabetes screening. Dr. Beauchene has extensive experience in cataract surgery and is continually enhancing his education and incorporating new techniques in this field as well as all general aspects of ophthalmology.

Dr. Beauchene received his undergraduate and medical degree from University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario. After internship he attended Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario where he completed his residency program in neuropathology and ophthalmology. Dr. Beauchene is currently recertified in ophthalmology by the American Board of Ophthalmology and the Royal College of Physicans and Surgeons of Canada.

Dr. Beauchene practiced ophthalmology for ten years in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. He then moved to Arizona in 1998 where he practiced until he joined the Eye Clinic of Wiscosin in 2002.
