We provide high quality eyewear at reasonable prices, including a large selection of children’s frames and the latest in new lens technology for children, and you’ll always receive the personalized attention you deserve.

If you wear contacts, we’ll help you find the contact lenses best suited for your eyes. Our professional staff will make every effort to accommodate your needs, whether you have never worn contact lenses, had past difficulties, or been told you couldn’t wear contact lenses.

Customer Service Guarantee, Follow up Care and Warranties

30 Day No Risk Guarantee - For 30 days after the date of pick up, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your eyewear purchase, we will adjust or repair your eyewear to your satisfaction or replace your eyewear with a new pair of equal value. This guarantee is limited to one exchange. If the replacement pair is of a higher value than your original purchase, you will be responsible for the difference.

Progressive Lens Guarantee - For 30 days after the date of pick up, if you are not completely satisfied with your new progressive lenses we will remake your lenses into a lined multi-focal at no additional charge.

Free Follow up Care - You will receive FREE adjustments, minor repairs, nose pads and cleaning from our Certified Opticians for the life of your eyewear.

Frame and Lens Warranty

All frames have a one-year manufacturers warranty from the original date of purchase. The broken portion of the frame must be returned for the manufacturer's warranty to be effective. The manufacturer's warranty covers any frame or lens defects and does not cover abuse. Eyewear that is destroyed, lost, or stolen is not covered by the warranty.

Periodic maintenance is required to ensure proper fit of your eyewear. If you have any questions please see one of our opticians in the Optical Department. Please stop in periodically for free cleaning, adjustments, and to ensure lenses and frames are kept tight and secure.

All prescription lenses are covered under a Doctor's prescription change warranty. This warranty covers a one-time Doctor's prescription change that is valid for 90 days from the original written date of the prescription.

Eye Clinic of Wisconsin's optical department wants to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If in any way you are dissatisfied with your eyewear, a one-time even exchange of frame and/or lens can be made within 30 days from the original date of purchase. Additional upgrades of frame and/or lens purchased will be the customer's responsibility.
